Closing speech from Alex Geoff Ramm best speaker we have had at one of our conferences his comedy value and connection to customer service bringing it to life for us all ... two minute challenge take it back to your hotels act on it.

I am always apprehensive about keynote speakers...But, at the MDL Marinas conference I saw a man who impressed me immensely. I always felt I gave a top service (even when telling people off) but I too was hugely inspired to do more by Mr Ramm. Thank you for opening my eyes.

Hi Geoff, I was at Celtic Manor last Monday and wanted to say thank you for a truly inspiring talk. I have my team engagement evening this week and will be showing them your talk of your sons Virgin train experience and as we did in our workshop, I shall set them a 2 min challenge of truly making a difference for their customer.

I watched you live at Atomicon 24. When I got home, I watched your talk again - twice - before watching any of the others. When you were announced as the keynoter for Atomicon 25, I had an overwhelming sense of smugness, similar (I imagine) to those who saw the Beatles at the Cavern Club before their world tour. You smashed it, and more.

I had tears running down my face from laughing, but more than that I have inspiration to do things with celebrity service, use the phone to actually call people and be more personal. Amazing. Thank you!
